Ordering and payment

When you place an order through our site, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the listed prices. We accept your offer when we charge your payment method and send a confirmation email. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

Order accuracy

If we made a pricing or product error and your order is affected, we will contact you to confirm or cancel. You may cancel any order before it ships by replying to your confirmation email.

School supply lists

Our AI assistant matches uploaded supply lists to products in our catalog. Matches are reviewed before kits ship. If an item on your list cannot be matched, we will contact you. We do not guarantee a match for every item on every list.

Intellectual property
