We ship every order from our warehouse via USPS or UPS Ground.

Rates

Delivery time

• Orders ship within 1 business day of payment.
• Standard transit time: 3 to 7 business days within the continental US.
• You'll receive an email with tracking information when your kit ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 14 business days of the ship date, contact us and we'll work to resolve it. For damaged packages, please include photos of both the damaged box and the damaged product when you contact us. Replacements are subject to review.
