We want every family to be ready for the first day. If anything is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

30-day return window

You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to start a return

• Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the items you want to return.
• We'll send you a prepaid return label.
• Drop the package at any USPS location.
• Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Wrong or damaged items

If we shipped the wrong item or your kit arrived damaged, take photos of the damage and reply to your confirmation email. We'll review and arrange a replacement. For larger kits, we may ask you to return the original before sending a replacement.

Missing items

If something on your packing slip is missing from the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship the missing item right away.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by replying to your confirmation email. Once shipped, follow the return process above.
